Typical Scope of service for UK projects:
For medium-small sized projects, PFA normally provides full service till the RIBA Working Stage 6/7 (2013 Schedule):
o Stage 0/1: Preliminary/ Feasibility Studies, Briefing
o Stage 2: Scheme/Concept Design for client approval
o Stage 3: Development Design for Planning Permission Application
o Stage 4: Technical Design for Building Reg Approval and assists with Tendering process
o Stage 5/6: Site Inspection, Snagging up to Final Cert
On specific occasions, eg for experienced self-builders/developers, PFA can provide partial service till Stage 3 Planning Permission or Stage 4 Building Reg Approval.
In between UK and China, PFA can provide:
International consultancy: where there are no conflicts in National Interests and Trade Interests, we provide Consultancy to British Architects/Developers for their projects in China, and/or to Chinese Developers/Architects for their UK Projects.
